We believe that innovating for the supplier is what truly innovates for the guest.

The guest experience is, in the end, made by the supplier.
So that suppliers can create new value, we take their routine work off their hands with technology and give their creativity room to run.

To understand suppliers properly we run a VACATIO hotel ourselves — and that is how we became a team that handles everything from the software we build to IoT and robotics.

VACATIO founded
Founded by a group of engineers out of Yonsei and Korea University. Before adding a single feature, we watched where guests and operators actually get stuck.
2022.09
The whole team moves to Jeju
The entire team moved to Jeju and lived together, working beside the people who run pension stays. We rebuilt the product from watching their days first-hand — and took the Jeju market with it.
2023.08
Vacatio Solution (then FineHost), the all-in-one PMS, launches
The result of pulling scattered products into one core — Vacatio Solution organizes everything from booking to settlement into a single operating OS.
2024.03
IoT, CMS and RMS suite expanded
Room control, multi-channel distribution and revenue optimization moved onto one data layer. From then on, booking status began moving doors, rates and channels at the same time.

₩6B Series A raised
We raised ₩6B from top-tier venture funds in Korea and abroad.

Third place and the Deputy Prime Minister’s Award at AI Champion
Third place at AI Champion, Korea’s largest AI competition, bringing the Deputy Prime Minister’s Award and ₩500M in prize money — official recognition, alongside coverage on Netflix and SBS.

Broader field-hardware partnerships let kiosks, locks and room controllers fit a wider range of property layouts.

VACATIO Robotics starts delivery and humanoid robot pilots
Autonomous service robots began carrying items along real hotel routes — pushing software-driven unattended operations onto the floor itself.
