Vacatio Solution is an AI all-in-one PMS for accommodation hosts. It unifies channels like Naver and Airbnb in one place, handles everything from bookings to room assignment, pricing and settlement in one flow, and maximizes revenue with AI insight.
Vacatio Solution comes in three plans by room count and modules: Starter (from ₩90,000/mo), Growth (from ₩190,000/mo) and Enterprise (custom). We provide an exact quote through a consultation.
We integrate major domestic and global OTAs including Naver, Airbnb, Yanolja, GoodChoice, Booking.com and Agoda, plus your direct channels. Inventory and rates sync in real time across all channels to prevent double bookings.
No. You can use the Vacatio Solution PMS on its own. IoT hardware such as smart locks, self-service kiosks and service robots can be added in stages when you want unattended operations, and they integrate seamlessly with the software.
