Channel Manager · CMS
Real-time sync, no overbooking —
sell on every channel you want
Connect the major channels at home and abroad, and keep inventory and rates aligned in real time.
The channel manager unifies bookings and inventory from Naver, Airbnb, Yanolja and other sales channels into one screen, so you sell everywhere without overbooking.

You have probably lived this
More channels, more manual work
The same room sells twice
Miss one channel when a room sells and you spend the night apologising to a guest.
Rates drift apart per channel
Same price across different commissions eats your margin; different prices become unmanageable.
Every peak season is manual
Raising holiday rates means opening each channel and tapping through the dates.
CMS feature ① Channel connections

What makes this different
It does not stop at the sale
Domestic channels connect officially, the PMS is the same system, and AI weighs in on operations.
Naver, connected officially
Naver — where most domestic bookings come from — connects officially. That is a different starting point from channel managers built around global OTAs.
One system, not two
Both live in one system — nothing to contract or wire up separately. Bookings, inventory and rates carry through instead of being copied across.
AI carries it into operations
AI reads the channel data you accumulate and weighs in on rates and operations — it does not stop at selling.
FAQ
FAQ
It depends on your property type and the channels you sell on. We check your current channels in the consultation and set a schedule from there.
Bookings that already exist are migrated into the inventory, and we sequence the switchover so nothing double-sells during it.
The channel manager is part of Vacatio Solution, so there is no separate contract. Actual cost depends on room count and setup, which we cover in the consultation.
The list keeps growing. Tell us which channel you use and we will check support and alternatives with you.
