We analyse demand and propose
the optimal price for your rooms
Optimal room prices, proposed from internal and external data.
AI dynamic pricing reads nearby market rates and demand data to compute the optimal price for every room, automatically, every day.
Patented dynamic-pricing technology
Still adjusting prices by hand, every day?
Prices set by feel leave revenue behind
You notice the peak too late
By the time you see bookings surge, the rooms are already gone at the low price.
In the off-season you are guessing
Cut too deep and there is no margin; hold the price and the room sits empty.
More room types, no chance
Five room types across 90 days is 450 prices. Nobody sets that by hand every day.
Dynamic pricing
Set the basic rules — then leave it to the AI
There is nothing to watch daily. You set the range once.
- 01
You set the range
Set a floor, a base and a ceiling per room type. Prices never leave that range.
- 02
The AI prices each date
It reads booking pace, remaining rooms, weekdays and holidays to price up to 90 days, day by day.
- 03
You check, then apply
See why each price came out that way, hit apply, and it flows to every channel through the CMS.
Feature ① Price range
Start with the basic price setup
Pick a room type, enter a floor, a base and a ceiling, and setup is done. Nothing ever sells below the floor or above the ceiling. This is the only setting you touch yourself.
- Floor — it will never sell cheaper than this
- Base — the everyday price the calculation starts from
- Ceiling — however hard demand pushes, it stops here

FAQ
FAQ
No. Prices never leave the floor and ceiling you set, and a recommendation only reaches your channels once you review and apply it. You can switch to auto-apply if you prefer.
Fix them with a manual price. Fixed dates take priority over the AI recommendation, and the floor and ceiling are still checked.
If you have booking history we migrate it and use it right away. With little history it starts from your base price, weekdays and holidays, and sharpens as you operate.
No. One apply pushes it through the channel manager to every connected channel, and commission differences are handled by the channel manager’s markup settings.
Up to 90 days out, day by day. You can also look at shorter windows such as 7 or 30 days.
