One inventory hangs on eight channels at once — Naver, Yanolja, Yeogi, Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia and Trip.com — AI dynamic pricing moves rates on top of it daily, and booking status becomes the door lock’s access right. If any one of those links slips, you get an overbooking and a guest standing outside a door. This role builds those links.

We now process over ₩50B in transaction volume a year, thousands of properties run on our service, we have raised ₩6B, and we have stayed operationally profitable for two consecutive years. What you'll do
- Design and build the core domain logic for bookings, room inventory, rates and settlement.
- Build two-way integrations with eight sales channels and hold inventory in sync so overbookings never happen.
- Build the data pipelines that AI dynamic pricing and the call-and-text AI agent run on.
- Design the integrations that tie booking data to hardware — smart locks, room controllers and self check-in kiosks.
- Model data and handle transactions to an operational-safety standard, because real transaction volume moves through it.
- Design the operator-facing APIs and optimize their performance.
What we look for
- You have designed an integration with an outside system and owned it through its failures.
- You have personally solved complicated infrastructure and architecture problems in production.
- You can tell the critical priority from the noise, and you hold stability to the end.
- You understand a product at its core and have thrown yourself at improving the experience.
- You have made the whole team more productive, not just yourself.
- You have at least six months of professional experience.

Offer
We agree on terms, confirm the offer, and walk you through joining.
- There may be an additional interview, a take-home assignment or a reference check.
- After probation, total annual compensation of ₩40M or more — we commit to it in writing.
- Everyone who joins goes through a 3–6 month probation period, reviewed at the end.
