Vacatio Solution is an AI all-in-one PMS where a host handles everything from booking to settlement on one screen. A hotel we run ourselves — the living lab where we prove what we build alongside real guests. It opens formally in October 2026.

What you'll do
- Design and build the booking, room, rate and settlement screens of the Vacatio Solution PMS.
- Make the inventory and rate status of every sales channel legible at a glance in the channel manager.
- Build the interface where an operator can understand and approve what AI dynamic pricing suggests.
- Surface and control the state of kiosks and smart door locks from the operating screens.
- Build the web surfaces that connect through to the FineStay app.
- Take feedback from the properties actually using it and keep the screen structure and frontend architecture in order.
What we look for
- You have designed and shipped a screen that handles genuinely complicated data.
- You have carried an idea all the way from prototype to shipped product.
- You have visibly moved a UI forward through performance and quality work.
- You have used AI tooling (Cursor, for example) to push your own throughput hard.
- You genuinely immerse yourself in user problems and have improved the experience because of it.
- You have at least six months of professional experience.

Listing out specialties often makes us self-conscious — what we thought was our edge frequently turns out to be an edge in one particular environment only. So we look less at who ticks the boxes and more at who we can be with for the long run.
Honestly, this is not a team that is only comfortable. The direction changes often and there is a lot of work. We do not take that for granted, so we try hard to reward contribution as it comes. What carried us through the chaotic stretches, in the end, was trust in each other.

Your experience and projects, with the team you’d work in. 30–60 minutes.
3rd interview
With leadership, building on your application and earlier interviews. 30–60 minutes.
Offer
We agree on terms, confirm the offer, and walk you through joining.
- There may be an additional interview, a take-home assignment or a reference check.
- After probation, total annual compensation of ₩40M or more — we commit to it in writing.
- Everyone who joins goes through a 3–6 month probation period, reviewed at the end.
