VACATIO Hotel Samseong is the hotel we run ourselves — the living lab where we prove what we build alongside real guests. Check-in, entry and item requests are designed to complete without staff: the kiosk, IoT room controls, delivery robots and the Vacatio Solution PMS all run together in one building. Ahead of the formal opening in October 2026, we are looking for the manager who will own this hotel’s operations end to end. In a hotel where technology handles most of the routine, this role owns what must remain human — quality, judgment and hospitality.
